At Foxonix Infotech (OPC) Private Limited, we are committed to delivering your orders in a safe, timely, and efficient manner. This Shipping Policy outlines our practices regarding order processing, shipping timelines, and delivery conditions.

1. Order Processing

All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Customers will receive an email/SMS confirmation once the order is processed and shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Timelines

We partner with reliable courier and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery.
Standard delivery timelines are:
- Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
- Non-Metro Cities & Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to stock availability, courier network capacity, or external factors.
Note: Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 10 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
Certain promotional offers or minimum purchase values may qualify for free shipping.

4. Delivery Conditions

Delivery of all orders will be made only to the registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card, unless otherwise specified at the time of placing the order.
Foxonix Infotech is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.
Deliveries will be attempted to the shipping address provided at checkout. In case of failed attempts due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept, the shipment may be returned to us and additional re-shipping charges may apply.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes or restricted zones, unless explicitly stated.
Note: If you feel that the packing is tampered before the delivery of the product, kindly reject the package and inform our customer care, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all-time (Unless specified at the time of Order). Foxonix Infotech is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

5. Tracking Orders

Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking ID and courier details via email/SMS to monitor the status of their shipment.
Customers may also track their orders through our website.

6. Delays & Force Majeure

Deliveries may be delayed due to natural calamities, severe weather conditions, strikes, lockdowns, transportation restrictions, or other events beyond our control.
Foxonix Infotech shall not be held liable for such delays, but customers will be notified promptly.

7. Secured Payment:

1. All Payments at www.foxonixinfotech.com are protected with 128Bit SSL Encryption which is the highest Level of Protection in Payment Gateways hence keeping your Payment Safe & Secure.

2. We use Razorpay & PayU payment gateway for all our Payments for Credit / Debit Cards and Net Banking.

3. Payments must be successfully authorized before orders are processed and shipped.

8. Cash on Delivery (C-o-D):

1. Cash on Delivery options are available through Jammu Region only for most of the Products.

2. Some products may not ship through COD. customer will be informed in such cases.

At Foxonix Infotech, your satisfaction is our priority.

1. Replacement Coverage

All products purchased from www.foxonixinfotech.com come with a 10-Day Replacement Guarantee.
This guarantee applies only against genuine manufacturer defects.
The replacement guarantee is provided directly by the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer).
Foxonix Infotech will provide complete support and assistance to help you process the replacement smoothly.

2. How to Claim a Replacement

Report the defect within 10 days of delivery through our customer support.
Share proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) and defect details.
Our team will guide you through the OEM replacement process.

3. Exclusions

Replacement guarantee does not cover:

Physical damage, accidental breakage, or liquid damage.
Issues caused by improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
Products returned without original packaging, invoice, or accessories.

10. Genuine Manufacturer Warranty

At Foxonix Infotech, we value your trust and ensure complete peace of mind with every purchase.

1. Warranty Coverage

All products sold on www.foxonixinfotech.com are 100% genuine and authentic.
Each product comes with an Official Manufacturer (OEM) Warranty.
Customers are entitled to avail warranty support from the respective brand’s authorized service centers across India.

2. Warranty Claim Process

Locate the nearest authorized service center of the brand.
Carry the original invoice (downloadable from your Foxonix Infotech account).
Submit the product along with the invoice to initiate the warranty claim.

3. Warranty Exclusions

The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover:

Physical damage or mishandling.
Consumables and accessories (unless specified by OEM).
Issues arising from unauthorized repairs or modifications.
Normal wear and tear.
