Return & Replacement Policy

At Foxonix Infotech (OPC) Private Limited, we strive to ensure that every customer receives genuine and high-quality electronic products. To maintain fairness and transparency, we have defined the following Return & Replacement Policy applicable to all electronics goods purchased through our platform.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns will be accepted only in cases of genuine product defects, damage during transit, or incorrect items delivered.

  • Customers must raise a return request within 7 days of product delivery. Requests raised after this period will not be considered.

  • Products must be returned in unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, user manuals, warranty cards, and invoices intact.

  • Opened, installed, or tampered products will not be eligible for return, except in cases of verified defects.

2. Non-Returnable Products

For quality and security reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable once delivered:

  • All Electronic Items including Laptops, Desktops, Servers etc. (unless damaged/defective on delivery)

  • Software, Licensing Keys, and Digital Products

  • Products that are physically damaged after delivery due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs

  • Products purchased under “Clearance” or “Special Sale” categories

3. Replacement Policy

  • If the product delivered is defective or damaged, and the issue is reported within 7 days, we will arrange for a replacement of the same model/product, subject to stock availability.

  • If replacement is not possible, the customer may be offered an alternate product or a refund as per company discretion.

4. Warranty & Service Support

  • All electronic goods are covered under the manufacturer’s standard warranty policy.

  • Customers are encouraged to contact the manufacturer’s authorized service center for issues that arise after the return window.

  • Foxonix Infotech will provide necessary guidance but is not responsible for warranty claims.

5. Conditions for Approval

Return or replacement requests will be processed only after:

  • Verification of the product by our Quality Check Team and/or courier partner.

  • Confirmation that the issue is not due to customer negligence, mishandling, or external damage.

6. Company’s Rights

Foxonix Infotech (OPC) Private Limited reserves the right to:

  • Reject return requests that do not comply with this policy.

  • Cancel or delay pickups in case of force majeure events such as natural calamities, strikes, lockdowns, or restrictions beyond our control.

  • Make the final decision in all return and replacement matters, which shall be binding on the customer.

Refund Policy

At Foxonix Infotech (OPC) Private Limited, customer satisfaction is our priority. Refunds are processed only after the returned product has passed our quality inspection and is approved under our Return & Replacement Policy.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the customer’s original payment method within 6–8 business days.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

  • Shipping, handling, and transactional charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • In cases where a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability, a full refund will be issued.

  • The company’s decision regarding refund eligibility shall be final and binding.

 

Order Cancellation Policy

At Foxonix Infotech (OPC) Private Limited, we are committed to delivering a reliable and transparent service experience. This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which an order may be cancelled.

1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • Cancellation requests will be accepted only if submitted immediately after placing the order.

  • Requests received after the order has been processed, communicated to vendors/merchants, or dispatched for shipment will not be eligible for cancellation.

  • Certain product categories, including but not limited to laptops, desktops, and related electronic equipment, are non-cancellable once the order has been confirmed.

2. Company-Initiated Cancellations

Foxonix Infotech (OPC) Private Limited reserves the absolute right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • Non-receipt or failure of payment confirmation from the customer.

  • Inaccurate or insufficient information provided at the time of order placement.

  • Product unavailability, stock issues, or unforeseen logistical constraints.

  • Suspicious, fraudulent, or high-risk transactions identified by our payment and security systems.

  • Force Majeure Events: Orders may be cancelled or delayed due to natural calamities, extreme weather conditions, strikes, lockdowns, transportation restrictions, or any other event beyond our reasonable control that prevents timely delivery.

3. Final Decision

The decision of Foxonix Infotech (OPC) Private Limited regarding the acceptance or denial of a cancellation request shall be final and binding. Customers will be promptly notified of such decisions, and where applicable, any payments already received will be reversed in accordance with our refund timelines.
